Proceedings Publication Process
Here is a summarized overview of the steps involved in publishing your conference proceedings:
1. Review Eligibility
Ensure your conference is organized by a recognized academic or professional body, and includes peer-reviewed, original research.
2. Submit Proposal
Fill out our Proceedings Proposal Form with full conference details. If accepted, we’ll send a quotation and publishing plan.
3. Confirm & Appoint Volume Editor
On agreeing to the quote, make the initial payment to confirm publication.
Update your conference materials to include our name/logo and appoint a Volume Editor to manage proceedings compilation.
4. Compile and Submit Proceedings
The Volume Editor collects all final papers, ensures quality and formatting, and submits the complete proceedings in an editable Word file.
5. Final Payment & Proofing
Pay the remaining balance. We’ll then carry out copyediting and send a PDF proof for your review and approval.
6. Publication & Sharing
Once approved, your proceedings are published online with assigned identifiers (DOI), and you’ll receive a shareable publication link.
