Conference Issue Publication

A Conference Issue includes full-length articles presented at academic meetings or workshops. EARP publishes conference issues in journals for original, plagiarism-free articles that undergo a thorough peer-review process. We welcome proposals from conference organizers to publish conference issues.

 

Submit Proposal

Basic Requirements to Publish a Conference Issue with EARP:

  1. Organizer Requirements:
    The conference should be hosted by a reputable learned society or institution.
  2. Language:
    All content must be in English.
  3. Originality:
    Articles must be original and free of plagiarism, with a similarity index of less than 15%.
  4. Selection Process:
    Articles must be selected based on their merit, following a rigorous peer-review process conducted by the conference's publication committee.
  5. Conference Materials:
    The conference’s website, leaflet, or other promotional materials must not contain misleading information. Organizers should provide a link to the official conference announcement on the institution's website.
  6. Publishing Fee:
    A publishing fee of $50 (or ₹3500) per article applies across all our journals.
  7. Recognition of EARP as Publisher:
    If we agree to publish the conference issue, organizers must pay the initial advance amount and acknowledge AIJR publisher (or the proposed journal name) as the publishing partner on all conference materials (website, leaflet, brochure, banner) using our name/logo linked to the homepage.

 

Conference Issue Publication Procedure

  1. Submit Proposal:
    Submit a proposal for the conference issue via the submission link. Select the journal based on its alignment with the conference theme and scope.
  2. Initial Payment:
    Upon agreement to publish, a non-refundable advance payment of $500 (or ₹35,000) is required, covering up to 10 articles. Additional articles will incur a charge of $50 (₹3500) per article.
  3. Guest Editor Appointment:
    Provide the updated CV of the appointed Guest Editor(s) for final approval. The Guest Editor must not be affiliated with the editorial board of any questionable publication. We will verify their credentials.
  4. Guest Editor Responsibilities:
    The Guest Editor(s) will manage the manuscripts, oversee the peer review, and handle all communication related to the conference issue. On behalf of the organizing committee, the Guest Editor(s) must write an editorial article summarizing the conference and providing a perspective on the published issue.
  5. Reviewer Selection:
    Conference organizers and editors are free to choose their reviewers. However, all reviewers must be qualified experts in the relevant field and conduct reviews in line with ethical standards. Details of reviewers (name, affiliation, email) and any review comments must be provided for each article.
  6. Article Submission:
    The Guest Editor(s) must send all formatted articles in a single editable Word file as per the instructions. We require at least 12 weeks for copyediting after receiving all materials.
  7. References Formatting:
    References must adhere strictly to the author guidelines of the corresponding journal.
  8. Copyright and Open Access:
    No copyright transfer is required. All articles will be published open access under the CC BY-NC 4.0 license, with the author retaining full copyright (unless otherwise specified). AIJR will be recognized as the first publisher. [Click here for copyright information and licensing details.]
  9. Refusal Rights:
    AIJR reserves the right to refuse the inclusion of any article that does not meet quality standards or violates our publication policies.
