Open Access Policy

Open access policy refers to the practice of allowing unrestricted access to research articles, data, and other scholarly materials without any barriers such as paywalls or subscription fees. Open access policies are often implemented by publishers to ensure that research output is accessible to the widest possible audience. This can help increase the visibility and impact of research, facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing, and ultimately accelerate the pace of scientific discovery. Overall, open access policies are seen as a way to promote transparency, fairness, equity, and innovation in research and contribute to the advancement of knowledge for the benefit of society as a whole.

Eduresearch Publication OCP is an open-access proceedings series. This means all content can be accessed immediately after publication free of charge. Authors retain copyright and all content can be reused unrestrictedly according to the Creative Commons Attribution License 4.0.

Double Blind Peer-Review Policy

All proceedings papers published in OCP undergo double blind peer review. However, since each volume is managed by different conference organizers, the specific procedures may vary. Therefore, the exact process followed is outlined for each volume.

The volume editors have complete responsibility and authority to approve or reject a submitted paper. To aid in their decision-making, they may consult with other editors or reviewers for additional input. Reviewers are expected to provide clear and well-justified feedback, ensuring that both editors and authors can fully understand the reasoning behind their assessments.

Double-blind-Peer-Review is a process of evaluating and analysing the academic research papers or articles in which the identity of both the author and the reviewers is kept anonymous. This is done to minimize bias and ensure that the evaluation is based solely on the quality and merit of the research presented in the paper. In this process, neither the author knows who the reviewers are nor do the reviewers know the identity of the author. Double-blind-peer-review is considered a stricter and fair method of evaluating research compared to single-blind peer review, in which the reviewers know the identity of the author.
