The selection and collection of papers for the conference proceedings are handled by the editorial team, which is part of the conference’s publication committee. To ensure quality, all papers are typically reviewed by the publication committee of the conference, as established by the organizer. The quality control process varies depending on the peer-review standards of the conference. Depending on the scale and nature of the conference, the review and paper selection process may take up to a year.

Volume editors are responsible for determining the composition of the proceedings, organizing the order of the papers, and preparing the preface, front matter, and any other components of the proceedings. Volume editors must carefully review and adhere to the following guidelines:
