Publsihing Fee

Our proceedings publication fees are designed to be cost-effective and vary depending on the time remaining between the date of the conference and the agreement to publish the proceedings.

• If there are at least 6 months or more between the agreement and the conference date, a one-time nominal fee of $500 (USD) or ₹35,000 (INR) will apply. This fee covers the publication of the complete conference proceedings and is independent of the number of articles or pages. The fee is due at the time of the agreement.
• If the time between the agreement and the conference date is less than 6 months, the fee is $10 per article (or ₹700/₹750 per article). A minimum payment of $500 or ₹35,000 (50% of the total) is required at the time of the agreement to cover up to 50 articles. Additional articles will incur a per-article fee.
• For past conferences, the fee is $25 per article (or ₹1,750 per article), with a minimum payment of $500 or ₹35,000, which covers up to 20 articles. Additional articles will be charged at the per-article rate.

Important Notes:

• The minimum 50% of the fee should be paid in advance at the time of the agreement, which will be adjusted in the final cost.
• The publishing fee is not influenced by the number of pages or authors per article.
• Please ensure that you do not use our name or logo on any conference materials before the agreement is made and the advance payment has been received.
