Conference Book of Abstracts

Abstract Book Publishing for Conferences

Conference Publications: Abstract Book

EARP offers the opportunity for conference organizers to publish the abstracts of their events as a monograph, complete with an ISBN and DOI. This service includes abstracts from all accepted papers, poster presentations, oral communications, workshops, etc. Conference organizers are invited to submit proposals for publishing their abstract books with the following features:

  • Inclusion of all abstracts in the book, with each abstract also available separately.
  • Indexing of abstracts in Google Scholar.
  • Free global access to all abstracts.
  • Full editorial control for conference organizers.
  • Low-cost publication with ISBN.
  • Abstracts are not considered pre-publications, allowing authors to submit their full papers to scholarly journals.

Publishing Conference Abstract Books

Conference abstract books are published with an ISBN and DOI. Having an ISBN and working with a trusted publisher helps maintain a comprehensive record of the conference, aids in global dissemination, and offers convenient distribution for participants. The abstract book typically contains abstracts or extended abstracts, following this structure. All content must be in English.

Abstract Structure:

  • The paper's title, author(s), affiliations, and keywords should be clearly listed.
  • The abstract should be a minimum of 300 words, with a graphical abstract encouraged.
  • The abstract should summarize the background, objectives, methodology, key results, conclusions, and recommendations.
  • Each abstract should begin on a new page and be written in English.

Abstract Book Publishing Fee:

  • For conferences organized by learned societies, the minimum publishing fee for an Abstract Book is ₹15,000+GST or $250 for up to 100 abstracts.
  • If the number of abstracts exceeds 100, an additional fee of ₹150+GST (or $2.5) per abstract will apply.
