Abstract

This research article examines the historical development and contemporary significance of Ayurveda and traditional medicine in Indian society. Through a comprehensive analysis of primary and secondary sources, the study explores the philosophical foundations of Ayurvedic medicine, its integration into cultural practices, and its evolution from ancient times to the present day.
